One source of truth
Your submission feeds the prospectus and diligence structure, reducing repeated questionnaires and conflicting versions.
Senior-led · Technology-assisted · Evidence-ready
We turn one structured seller submission into the public brief, confidential prospectus and diligence foundation. Technology finds gaps early; experienced commercial judgement directs the process. You are not passed through a chain of junior account handlers.
Speed depends on evidence quality, buyer responsiveness, financing and the complexity of the transaction. We remove avoidable delay; we do not manufacture certainty.
Where time is usually lost
Deals slow down when financial claims, owner responsibilities, transfer constraints and funding expectations are discovered piecemeal. Our process makes those questions explicit before they become surprises.
Your submission feeds the prospectus and diligence structure, reducing repeated questionnaires and conflicting versions.
Automated review checks whether the information and uploaded evidence support the story, then shows what would materially strengthen readiness.
Technology handles structure and consistency. Commercial positioning, exceptions, negotiation and deal progression remain senior-led.
Verified cash can move directly to ordinary exclusivity. Financed buyers receive milestone-based exclusivity only when the funding route is credible.
The streamlined sale path
The system stays low-friction where it can and controlled where it must.
Confirm the commercial minimums, then describe the business once in a saved, confidential workspace.
See material gaps immediately. A workable submission can publish while stronger evidence improves verification and diligence readiness.
Buyers see a useful public brief; identity and sensitive detail unlock on the same listing after the NDA.
Offers capture price, terms and how the buyer expects to fund the transaction before LOI progression.
The fully executed LOI starts the agreed exclusivity and opens the evidence room to the selected buyer.
Documented terms, regulated escrow and an orderly handover take the transaction to close.
Fast-diligence checklist
You do not need a perfect data room to begin. One credible supporting item can be enough to start, but a more complete record gives serious buyers fewer reasons to pause later.
Confidential from the outset
Your submission, source documents, analytics and business identity stay private. The public listing carries enough commercial substance to attract informed interest without disclosing the company.
A buyer identifies themselves and signs the listing-specific NDA before the full prospectus opens. Source evidence remains controlled until a selected buyer signs the LOI. Funding readiness is reviewed before exclusivity is granted.
What we consider
Our deepest experience is in digital assets, but the same commercial discipline applies to professional-service firms, accountancy practices and other established businesses whose economics and operations can transfer to a buyer.
Usually at least $250,000 in annual revenue, credible earnings and an expected sale price of $500,000 or more.
Material financial, customer, traffic and operating claims must be capable of review.
Assets, systems, relationships, people or intellectual property must retain value beyond the current owner.
Good preparation, candid disclosure and responsive transition planning keep a credible process moving.
Initial fit check
If the business passes these minimums, continue directly into the saved private submission. The checklist above becomes the structure for your prospectus and future diligence room.
BrokerAccord is intended for businesses whose earnings remain commercially meaningful after accounting for the cost of replacing material responsibilities performed by the owner. Businesses that primarily depend on the seller’s personal labor may not meet our mandate.
Outside our current mandate criteria
BrokerAccord generally considers businesses with at least $250,000 in annual revenue and an expected sale price of $500,000 or more.
